Support Pony Club with the Galloping Grape

Dear Pony Club
I am excited to write this letter to inform you about an upcoming opportunity for local Pony Club members at The Galloping Grape!

Pony Club is an organization with a mission that is near and dear to my heart. As a child and into my early teens, I discovered my love for horses which has continued throughout my life into adulthood. Ultimately, this passion led to the concept of The Galloping Grape, which opened its doors in Old Town Warrenton in 2006.

As such, I am pleased to announce a “FundRACER” specifically for our local Pony Clubs during the month of April as a means to support the clubs, and give back to the community that has been so generous to us. In addition to a selection of equine care products, lightly-used saddles, and riding equipment for every age, level, and type of rider, The Galloping Grape also offers many fine wines for its adult patrons. Every patron that visits The Galloping Grape in April and presents the name of their Pony Club at the time of purchase, 20% of the profit of that sale will be contributed as a donation by The Galloping Grape to that particular club. To promote each club and spur a little healthy competition, a leader board listing each of the following Pony Clubs will be displayed for the duration of the month to signify club standings in the FundRACER!:

Blue Ridge Hunt Pony Club

Difficult Run Hunt Pony Club

Old Dominion Hounds Pony Club

Cassanova Warrenton Pony club

Loudon Hunt Pony Club

River Bend Pony Club

Commonwealth Foxhounds

Middleburg Orange County

Serene Acres Pony Club

Deep Run Hunt Pony Club

Misty Brae Farm Pony Club

Every Pony Club member can encourage their neighbors, family and friends to visit and make a purchase at The Galloping Grape to boost their club’s place in the race standings. Additionally, we will also ask every customer if they would like to round up their sale to the next dollar, and they can choose which Pony Club receives their donation. Finally, patrons who cannot visit the store in person can call 540.428.1002 to make a gift certificate purchase and provide their Pony Club donation at that time.

Pony Club members and customers are welcome to stop by The Galloping Grape at the address listed in the top portion of this letter during its normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 11 AM-7PM; Saturday, 10 AM-5PM.

If you would like your club to participate please call me at The Galloping Grape as soon as possible so we can get you listed on the FundRACER leader board! We look forward to fund-racing with you!
