Whether you or your company are planning a private wedding reception, birthday party, annual picnic, or business meeting, the Deep Run Hunt Club has the ideal setting for entertaining your friends, family, and business associates.
Initially founded in 1887, the historic Deep Run Hunt Club is a private club situated in the hunt country of eastern Goochland County. Located just ten minutes west of Innsbrook, the clubhouse overlooks a scenic hillside on more than 160 acres of wooded land and open country. Our main room, adjoining terrace, and surrounding grounds can accommodate up to 300 guests. The surrounding grounds are ideal for horseshoes, volleyball, and outdoor barbecues.
Indoor events can comfortably accommodate 75 seated or 100 standing.
The Deep Run Hunt Club is available to members for rent, or a member can sponsor an individual, social organization, charity, or corporation. Member-sponsored rental events are available to individuals and corporations for a 4-hr initial rental period at a cost of $1200 Friday/Saturday and $900 Sunday and Weekdays. Non-profits are charged $900 on Friday/Saturday and $675 on Sunday and Weekdays.
For summer rentals, the swimming pool and poolhouse are available after regular pool hours and require a separate addendum to the contract, with the hiring of a lifeguard at member/sponsor expense for the length of the event.
All rental charges are billed to the sponsoring member’s account, and only member checks can be accepted as payment.
Businesses and Organizations must provide a COI listing Deep Run Hunt Club, Inc., 1540 Deep Run Hunt Club Lane, Manakin-Sabot, VA 23103, as an additional insured for the day of the event.
Non-profits must be a recognized 501c (3) charitable organization and sponsored by a DRHC member.
All rentals are initially billed at a 4-hour rate, with each additional hour billed $200 for advance notice and $300 if added the day of the event.
